Our Company

Sub-Floor Solutions is an innovative, progressive and proactive concrete restoration and moisture emission control company based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

For the past fifteen years the owner, Dwayne Lewis, has worked diligently to create a company unique in its ability to solve the growing problems that face the floor covering industry; specifically deteriorating concrete substrates and the ongoing and ever present enigma MOISTURE EMMISSION.

Through the daunting task of research and commitment, Sub-Floor Solutions has put together a group of products that without exception solve these two issues in almost any circumstance.

I have spent numerous years working with every creditable manufacturer of self-leveling underlayment, trowelable and pourable toppings and moisture barriers to come up with a system that is guaranteed to work the first time, every time. The phrase "Managing the Interface Between Concrete and Floor Covering" is more than a slogan, it ’s what we do every day.

"It ’s a relief to me to know that I am not guessing at how to solve a problem when faced with the task of helping a client overcome a problem such as a slab with 100% relative humidity readings or how to deliver a super-flat floor in an MRI or CAT scan room that is going to receive a 1M dollar plus piece of equipment", said Dwayne when asked what he enjoyed about his field of business.

Sub-Floor Solution has multiple crews of trained installation technicians that are dispatched weekly to jobsites around the country for clients ranging from general contractors, to end users and architects and designers. They work together with facility managers to plan and execute projects before and during occupancy of all types of buildings such as hospitals, nursing homes, high rise and retail construction.
